It is difficult to snap out of it.   I am tired, unmotivated, sad,  and in pain. Will a vacation fix it? Does something extreme need to happen like finding a new job, a new state to live in, more friends, less friends,  time with family, less time with family, different medicine, more medicine? I don&#8217;t know!
