PRACTICAL, what a cruddy life altering word. At what age did your train of thoughts go from careless and free to practical? I am not talking about cotton practical underwear. It is that moment when you have to start making decisions knowing you have less time to climb out of the pickle jar. Those choices that are more complex than getting a strawberry blond pixie cut. My Mom once called me a nomad because I moved a lot. I was online yesterday looking up the top 10 places to retire in the United States. PRACTICAL ! Lower taxes, more healthcare options, community centers, low crime, mild weather, and social security laws. Have you all reached that point when your train of thoughts and goals are more practical?

Yes, I always thought I would travel a lot after retirement. Now I just want to sit on a porch in peace.
Let me know if you find that perfect retirement place. I will be there.
Peace is my plan and maybe some international travel. I have actually starting researching retirement places. Need outside views and old people friendly hiking. Give me a town with a coffee shop, movie theater, an indoor swimming pool, and about an hour out of a bigger city. I am that weird person that looks forward to relaxing vacations but gets antsy fast and likes to be on the move.
Have you ever watched the progressive commercial and say OMG that’s me!
